I need my Pass Number or Account Number to Login, what are these?
Your Pass Number is the 10-digit number printed below the photo on your Vertcial Plus pass.
Your Account Number is a 7-digit number that will appear on your Vertical Plus email newsletters and on your 2006.07 Vertical Plus statement at the end of the season. You may also contact the resorts directly to obtain your account number. Please note, new account numbers were recently assigned and they no longer begin with the characters NST or SAT.

When do I have to choose my awards?
You must redeem your 2006.07 vertical feet for awards by November 30, 2007. Your vertical feet will expire after this date. A maximum of 25,000 unredeemed vertical feet from your 2006.07 account will carry over to your 2007.08 account, after you purchase your 2007.08 Vertical Plus membership.
Can friends and family members combine their vertical feet?
No, vertical feet cannot be combined from multiple memberships. However, members may request a one-time-per-season transfer of a block of 25,000 unredeemed vertical feet to the account of any other member.
How do I transfer a block of 25,000 vertical feet to a friend or family member?
You may request a 25,000 vertical feet transfer to a family member by following the Request an Award link in your online statement. Contact the resorts directly if you do not see a family member or if you want your transfer to go to a non-family member. Please include your name and pass or account number as well as the name and pass or account number of the person who will receive the transfer.
Can I redeem a $50 Vertical Plus Membership Credit at anytime or must I include it with my renewal?
You may redeem this award at anytime during or after the purchase of your 2007.08 Vertical Plus membership. Please contact the resorts directly to request the application of this award to your membership purchase.
Some awards say 'Restrictions Apply'. How do I find out what the restrictions are?
In addtion to the basic description printed on each coupon, some Vertical Plus awards are subject to additional restrictions. Please contact the resorts directly to learn more about these restrictions.
How will I receive my Vertical Plus award coupons?
When you select your Vertical Plus awards online you may choose whether to have your coupons mailed directly to you or held in Will-Call at the resorts. Mailed coupons will be sent to your address on file. Please contact the resorts directly to request a change of address.
May I exchange an award coupon after the November 30, 2007 deadline?
You may exchange an award coupon from any season for an available award from the same season, as long as the replacement award is not beyond the expiration date. Award coupons from one season cannot be returned to accrue vertical feet for a subsequent season. To exchange an award coupon you must return your original coupon to Northstar or Sierra.
